Delivery & Returns
Standard Delivery: £3.50 on all orders up to £20.00, Free on all orders of £20.00 and over. Express UK Delivery: £6.00 on all orders.
Standard delivery within the UK is charged per delivery address.
If you’d like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.
Orders are usually dispatched via Royal Mail first class post and should arrive within 5 working days of receipt of cleared funds.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with your item, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, as long as it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. You must notify us within 5 working days of receipt by emailing orders@urbanknit.co.uk detailing your order number and reason for return. Items need to be received back within 28 days of you receiving your order. Please include a note within your returned parcel with your order number and reason for return to ensure a refund or exchange is issued swiftly. Please send the item to:

On receipt of a returned item, a refund of the purchase price of the item will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. This will usually be within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.
Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and refunds cannot be made until goods are received back at Urban Knit. Please be aware postage will only be refunded if there is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.
PLEASE NOTE:
The above returns and exchange policy only applies to items purchased on the www.urbanknit.co.uk. If you bought your Urban Knit item from an independent store or other website that sells our products please contact them for your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may differ from ours.

In order to guarantee your payment details are secure, we use a reputable third-party banking institution to handle our credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your card payment which is handled on an external secure server. All such organisations are strictly regulated to ensure your payment information is fully encrypted to protect you against fraud.
